Anyone wanting to have alcohol must supply a min. $1,000,000 liquior liability policy
(this can usually be done through most homeowners policies, check with your agent) or Online
Must sign rental agreement and leave damage / Cleaning deposit of 200.00 cash day of event which will be returned 7-10 days after event.
